By commissioning me you are agreeing to these terms.General terms
• You must be 18 years of age or older to commission me;
• I do not accept commissions with a deadline;
• Must provide character reference picture(s). A description is not accepted;
• I have the right to decline any commission without explanation.
• The timeline for a completed commission is roughly 2 to 3 weeks. Might take longer due to circumstances outside my control;
• Prices are in $USDPayment & Refunds
• Full prepayment only;
• The payment will be handled with PayPal or VGEN;
• Commissions made through VGEN MUST be processed through VGEN.
• At the moment, refunds are only available on my end ( if I cannot complete your commission for whichever reason ).Queue & Waiting list
• As I work with fewer people per batch of commissions, I will take advantage of waiting lists. I do not charge people who are on the waiting list;
• I only accept payment when I'm ready to do another batch.
• You will be notified if you're on the waiting list.

Rough sketch stage:
• Complex adjustments must be discussed on a case-by-case basis;
• Any minor changes come cost-free!
Completed commission:
• Major changes are only available with an additional fee that is roughly calculated on the complexity of those changes;
• You may edit the commission however you'd like, as long as it's not done in a way that is harmful, bigoted, or geared towards discourse.Use
• Commissioned pieces are for personal use only. If you are interested in commercial work please directly email me;
• You are welcomed to use your commission as an icon, banner, etc., or repost it! Credit is not necessary but appreciated;
• If you're planning to use your commission in an unpaid project (ex: in a game or a book) you must let me know about it beforehand;
• You are not permitted to make the commission into an NFT or into anything crypto related;
• You are not permitted to use the commission to train AI;
• I have the right to use your commission as promotional material;
• I may include your watermarked commission in a paid artbook/pdf/compilation of sorts. If you're not ok with that, please do not commission me.Will and Won't Draw

• I do commissions using Google Forms. I post about commission openings on Twitter / Blusky / Tumblr
Pricing & Form
The following applies to all commission types I offer:• Price listed per canvas and single character. Additional characters will add to the price;
• Rendering and style will be similar to the provided examples, though might vary slightly;
• Simple props are free to add;
• Complicated designs are subjected to a price increase. (I see you critically acclaimed MMO players & I love you)
• You will be provided a rough sketch for feedback and approval. Once approved any major changes will be subjected to an additional fee;
• The commissioner agrees that I have complete creative liberty.Commission requests are handled through a >>>Google Form<<< I open it only during commission openings, for now!
